Yah lor....so slow that God knows how many disgruntled Nikon users got sick of waiting and have jumped ship to other brands. ;p I personally know of at least one person who did that.

You know one ? I know 4 !
and all are users of big mama and flower pot size lenses

OK lens already reserved, question is should I let go of the 24-120 and the 18-70.
For a lens of this nature I consider using with build in flash (does it work ?).
Suspect that it may be the kit lens for D200, in that case than you may not be able to get it independently unless someone willing to sell it away. At least for a while
