Help-- How to reset Singnet password?

Help, Singnet website is hopeless. I can get any info on how to reset my daughter's sub email password. Call for help but phone got slam a few times without answering. Wrote to them but give me links to change password. My Daughter had forgoten her password so she can change her password with the link given.

Any kind Bro/sis here can help me on how I should proceed to reset the e-mail pasword?

Thanks Bro. But Singnet call lines cannot get through 99.9% of the times. Will try to call them again. Having this problem for almost 1 month.
