HELP! Cheapest CF cards in town?

Is anyone using the dane-elec compact flash cards? Mine is a Dane-elec 256mb 25x card. i bought it from ebay at about S$85 dollars (incl shipping)
is this one considered a fast card? i also read somewhere that the speed of the cards are sometimes limited by the camera and/or the cf reader. so i figured there is no point in forking out extra money for extra speed that i might not use. so i settled for this one at 25x. do u think its a good buy?

Price seems OK & about average for 256MB CF. 25x can be considered hi-speed, highest speeds now 40-44x.
