HELP! Cheapest CF cards in town?

Hi guys,

I would like to purchase either a 128MB compact flash card

or a 256MB compact flash card for my canon a70.

Any places where they sell cheap ones?

Pls help.

So sorry for asking so many questions. But I jus got my camera and i dun really noe the market rates of the CF cards. Cuz I am on a tight budget and do not want to spend so much money

Cheaper ones may be slower (CF come in diff. speeds like 8x,16x,24x up to 44x even) or poorer in quality.

For the Ripvan, look for Eastgear here.

PQI 256MB selling for $85. but some users reported problems with using this. So try it if you want.

Alan Photo will be a good shop in Sim Lim Square. As for the rest of the shops there, unless you knows the price, don't try to buy there if you don't want to pay a higher price.

The charger is not sold anywhere else as far as i know.
The batteries are sold in a lot of shops.
But my suggestion, get it from Eastgear, $30 for the charger and $10 for 4 x Sanyo 2100, very cheap and good deal

Usually, the nick "Eastgear" will do a MO here fortnightly.
But he did not post here after the last one on the 4th June. Maybe he's not around in Sg or busy.

But if you need it urgently, you can just go direct to the company.
To be safe, just call up the number and ask for Daniel, and say that you are from ClubSNAP and that you are going to buy your stuffs at ..time....etc. No need order.
