A warm welcome to clubsnap!

As mentioned in this thread, if you really want to learn it would be better to select 1 or 2 of your strongest photos and put them up for critique. No point asking people to view your flickr account (if you're trying to improve your photography), which I presume is filled with dozens of photos at least.
