i wouldn't blame Mascherano.. in fact i think he's got the guts and committment to react the way he did.. abeit stupidly since he was already on one yellow card..
it would be interesting to find out what he said to the referee.. from the TV it looked like he was just asking the ref why did Torres get a yellow card.. he didnt even looked like he was intimidating the ref like how some players would.. you know who those players are..
quite disappointed with Stevie G.. as the captain i would have expected him to stopped Masche.. and shouldn't stevie g as the captain be the one to be questioning the ref's decision on torres and Alonso as well.. he was nearest to Masche when the incident happened.. he did try to stop Masche but it was an half assed attempt..
overall i think we just played badly... even if masche had stayed on the field it probably would not make much difference.. whole team was sh1te.. perhaps torres the only one that played ok today
