A LG technician once told me that he has seen enough broken-down LCD TV in his workshop. When they cannot service your TV on the spot, they bring it back to their workshop. When this happens, you will not have your TV to a few days.

bro getting one from PS3?;p

anybody here has any recommendations for HD TV?
i might be getting 1 at around 40+ inch. any brands to recommend?
anything to look out for? what is the difference between HD and full HD and how to tell them apart from specs?

thanks a lot bros :)

i just hope the wires for their rear speakers isn't too short.

Read quite a few complains about LG over at HWZ. Seems like its not reliable.

When your LDCTV arrives, reemember to set the picture output on your DVD player to 16:9 and not 4:3 so can enjoy widescreen. But there will still be black bars for 2.35:1 and 2.40:1 movies. The TV should be able to display the full image of 1.78:1 (16:9) and 1.85:1 anamophoric widescreen movies.
