Now, if it hits above 300 what should we do? Our Govt always got guidelines on this and that. Interesting, no offical word if it hits beyond hazardous levels.

Should we start to seal our windows with plastic sheets and wait it out or what. Will they use the public warning system so that we can tune in to radio or tv for any word.

Not being paranoid, but if response slow like this, if got incident like Union Carbide in Bhopal at Jurong Island, just cannot imagine.

Hhmm, now PSI 282. The earlier update of 321 was deliberately delayed??? Anyway hope it continues to go down.

If you all notice last 3 days PSI, highest reading for the particular day happens around 9-11pm, kinda predictable.

common sense:

why wait for the government to do something which it has almost no control of.

1) the haze is in indonesia. stepping onto Indonesian soil to end it is tantamount to an invasion. even forcing/harassing them to do something will stir up far more shite than you can imagine

2) intervening in the private sector and public sector can cause a lot of trouble with the firms operating here. do you think that it's an easy call to make?

3) complaining and whining here doesn't do jack shite. call up your bosses to see what your company's stand on the high PSI levels is. rather than whine about it, do something proactive on your own
