Having Fun with Shooting Film

Great . So I got a Pentax camera for the yr my son was born :P The K-x 2009

Should pass to him when he grow older . lol

Haha some incentive to make sure you take care of your K-x. But seriously, comparing DSLR nowadays against those old metal body SLR like the KX, I doubt that the K-x can last more than 10 years man......

nice shot with KX ~~~

Glad you like it, I am starting to fall in love in shooting film after the first roll, just got another roll of B/W film to play with :P

Kept this roll of film in my cam for almost half a yr,Just finish shooting few days back,oh man! it has been quite some time seen my last post here.

Yeh! now my Eunice start to learn driving already..:bsmilie:

These are cool, man. Lucky you didn't sell the camera ;)

Kinda busy lately, didn't shoot much. But managed to take two rolls of Reala 100 w/ Super Program and the new DFA100WR macro. Here are a few photos from this combo. Sorry about the data imprint. Was testing the Digital Data M, forgot to turn the data imprint until after finished a roll. But I'm glad to see that it worked fine.

Hope you don't mind me asking, but where do you guys get most of your film?

Had the sadest film mishap. I was pretty sure I load my Kodak B&W film correctly. I even see the left knob turning when pushed the lever. Then I fixed in the Winder. Went to Kampong buangkok and happy snapping, I forgot to check the film knob on the left turning or not. When I see the counter finished at 36, I push the rewind and twist the knob, I found out the indicator on the right didnt show any movement when I twisting it. Open, see the film was already pulled. Then I dun want to lose hope, just went to the shop to get it scanned. Today called and the guy said "The film u gave is BLANK" haiz.

Dunno what could be the problem. I followed the way to load the film and even double-triple check the knob turning. It was totally correct. but this happening.

Fengwei! Wow, you did justice for fuji reala by punching in those colourful images!

If you looking for the normal Kodak Gold and Fujifilm Superior type, they are available in most photo processing centers, 7/11, dept store. But if you looking for some better films, can go to Ruby at Peninsular Hotel.

Hmm, sorry to hear that. I once opened the back door right after I finished shooting, before rewinding the film back in. Spoiled about half of the shots
