Here's a shot that Dennis doesn't want people to know about - him doing his shameless modster poses.
Check out his wheelie... (rear must be heavy enough to attempt a wheelie...) ;p

haha... nice one!

Aiya...missed another one...looks like its a great event. I have been exercising my H3D in snowy Germany...

Tested the H4D40, originally about 1.5 stop under(done purposely to test the file). Shot at iso 200, 1/10 sec. Very big improvement compare with the older version, lower noise and smoother colour rendition to name of.

So? my old digital back go in to the drain liow? upgrad again?
Every time tell me new one is better, alamak never ending leh...

zk-diq , Sim4nee's review helps some upgraders who have found that the ISO 200 on some digitalbacks to be unacceptable for street shooting .
I personally think the ISO 800 on the H4D 40 to be much better than the H3DII 31 and does everything a bit faster .

Not many would upgrade everytime there is a new model .
Just like , not everyone would upgrade one's car unless the old one is giving problems , looking jaded and irrelevant and the new one has features one finds significant .

Finally its probably the money in the pocket .
I am waiting to sell some of my shares and buy one next month .
Also , I got good offer for my 31.

I think the H4D 40 is an excellent piece of tool. I am using the H3D - 39 and i cant shoot anything above ISO 50 and none of my commercial work gets accepted if i am shooting after 6 pm in the evening (because of the noise level).

I like the H4D 40.... *sob*...

Merry X mas guys and Happy new Year Guys !

Oh , the Hasselblad H4D40 Stainless Steel has landed !
Now Hasselblad is built like a Victorinox as well . . .
Costs only a bit more than the usual H4D40 .
Limited to only 100 units .
Great buy .

Something for Jace , maybe . . .

OIC......colleague of mine went to Dresden to get some expertise in patch clamp techniques.

Anyway, I'm in Göttingen.....a little far from Dresden, but drop me a msg if you're somewhere around in Niedersachsen.....or in Hamburg or Bremen...etc

Was in Hamburg last week...back in Singapore now...next time perhaps. I am wondering where are the pro photo shops in Germany...apparently none in Dresden or Hamburg (I did go to the one near downtown)

well, there's a leica shop in Hamburg...

but mostly its Calumet and its far from the city center of Hamburg......

As its already New Year's Eve...Happy New Year! May your 2011 bring you great joy, fantastic prosperity and good health.
