Denis offers to help .
You may call him at 6508 8130 .
Or email denis_lim@shriro.com.sg.

If the camera worked when you bought it in HK and now is faulty you may send to Hasselblad Service Centre - Shriro House at 11 Chang Charn Road .
They can help check the unit.
If you have not paid for it or can still get a refund - do it asap .
If it is second hand , then could be faulty as H4D 40 is still very new and unlikely for people to want to get rid of.

Ya, retiZach give Denis a call he is a nice and helpful man:thumbsup:.

hey guys is there anywhere in sg that sells the hasselblad acute matte D screens?

there are actually quite a number of second hand units floating around in the HK second hand shops. the H4D also seems to have its fair share of teething problems, hope that its something simple that wouldnt require an entire write off..

Hi everyone,

I'm sorry to barge in out of nowhere like this but I have one question regarding 50mm f/4 CFi.

For a used one, how much is the average price of a 50mm f/4 CFi (the latest version) in Singapore? Let's just say it's mint condition but without box.

Thank you! :)

Hi guys. Just wondering if I can find a answer here.

Where can I find a Hasselblad B60-to-67mm filter adaptor in local store? :)

Hi, All, I am a user of 500 CM with 80mm C lens, Wonder if Shriro still carry on the cleaning service for such a old lens? if yes, then roughly what could be the cost, please advice, thanks!

They have serviced my 40mm C T* last year. Don't remember exact damage ... something like $150 but I could be wrong

Sent my quite bad planar 2.8 80mm to Boon at Shriro 6508 8129 . About $ 150 . lucky no elements damaged .

Hi, just read through from the first page, this thread is really a poison. :)

Just wondering if a "the rear shutter curtains are slow to close" problem can be fixed?

What about "shutter can't fire" problem?

And can we change the mirror and focusing screen of the camera if it's scratched?

Sorry if I'm asking too many questions. :)

Welcome to the poisoned group .
Most problems can be fixed - if we know which camera exactly you are talking about .
At the very worst , cameras can be sent back to the factory for restoration work ( costs more than the actual camera.)
Go see Boon at Shriro Hasselblad Service and get a quote .
Once , i brought in a 503 with a sticky curtain and he made some adjustments in 2 mins and I was not charged.
May not be the same for every case but you will never know .

Just got this from Denis - Shriro .

am wondering when is the next HUG...withdrawal symptoms starting to show...as I missed the Dec and Jan ones...

The Phocus 2.6 with the Apple App for Iphone and IPad is great, must try!

just downloaded the new Phocus 2.6. I am not sure how the PhaseOne software works but the Phocus 2.6 is better than before 2.4 onwards. Its easier to produce larger amount of pictures and its easier when compared to previously. I would say it gives a new lease of life to the H3D-39 that i am using. Its no longer painful to use a Hasselblad. In short, i would say its almost like shooting with a 35 mm and using Lightroom and Photoshop combined. I would say that Hasselblad is really working hard to meet its competition and its user's needs.

I couldnt try the Phocus quick because my OS is only 10.5.8 and its something i would look forward to.
