Got my free gifts...
Happy with my free gifts, very nice.
Very unhappy with waiting time. Service ok lah, what do you want the aunty and the girl to do? They were told what to do. The managment should do something about this. Since they want to input info for warranty in their system in order to claim the gifts, they should have just ask people to fill up a form with info and they should input it later and not let their customers wait long long... Since they chopped on the warranty card once people got their gifts, so they don't need to worry people got multi-redemptions with a single purchase. One hour wait was too much for redemption. I remember it took me less than 5mins to get free gifts from Canon the last time I bought my G9 (now I don't know)...
