That may prohibit some genuine service seeking client (with reasonalble pay) from getting the service from CSer, and end up some of our CSers and the client lose out
How about those who willing to work for free/very low just to gain experience/portfolio, so CS will deny their chance? Or they have to advertise themselves as "free/low pay" photographer available to build portfolio?
I thought CSer not only for the Pro/semi-pro photographers only, just my hobbyish thinking
There shouldn't be any restriction on either the client or photogs how much they willing to pay/charge . Some people may want to offer cheap / free services , so we should not put a cap to these services, just as others may want to charge much higher. However, a guidelines should be in place to educate both the TS (photogs / clients) and the photogs on what is the perceive acceptable services in the industrial norm. It takes some time (to educate).
However, industrial norm accrediation is difficult to enforce in wedding photography for Singapore as most people (esp hobbyist / freelance), may not adhere to it.
