An ex-colleague bought me dinner in Shanghai.
Pardon the quality, that was the best I could do with the Coolpix. Lighting was terrible and the table top was glass, so very difficult to get decent clean background.
烤麸 - some fried bean curd
酱鸭 - duck in special gravy
醉鸡 - drunken chicken
黄油蟹炒年糕 - fried crab with shanghai niangao

i've frens who bought the new oly EP1 with the funny 17mm f2.8 lens... all the funny lenses, i can't remember but they bring it along with them all the time, citing that it is small enuff to carry around n fun to play wif.
its not that expensive and oso, the quality at high iso is not bad. since u travel so often and loves to take fotos of the EXPENSIVE food that u always eat, y not consider buying the oly EP1 series? *if u do not own any DSLR system la*

actually I did consider, but that system is quite expensive, more expensive than the entry level DSLR. No point. I already have a dinosaur D70 but lazy to lug around nowadays.
I am seriously considering the LX3 though.
