I looked thru some of the girl's own pics she shot herself with handphone, I am actually prefer those self pics.
Two thoughts now; 1st being those clients got what they paid for. 2nd with these type of people around reaching the masses proclaiming as professionals, it gives a bad idea of what is real professional photography.
Fortunately discerning clients exists.

To be honest, for that kind of money, I think it's okay. I think for most people, it's acceptable for that kind of amount. If it is for myself, as a photographer myself, it's another totally different matter because I can detect the technical errors. Did the advert really says by a professional photographer?
And it's 160++ shots, the pg never QC and just give all. And there is 5-10 that are usable. All I can say, it's a good deal for those who are not too fussy. I do wonder how the pg make money tho.

Think they'll still make $. The key word is "Receive 5 soft copy edited photos on CD". They'll sell the extra photos separately.
making sale after the shoot is that not easy , especially to customers who only want to spend minimum amount of money in the first place, I'm sure those who bought the deal is simply the price is very attractive, so spending an hour or two asking such customers to fork out a sum of money for extra photos is certainly wasting of time,
if anyone still can remember how "naughty by nature" the way the work, at least they have sale teams pestering customers to sign up their packages. for this one, they will have a few hundreds bookings to fulfill within a few months, the photographers can't wait to get over with the shoots.
