How come theres reflection? I got a window behind me but its covered with a curtain. and no direct sunlight from that window. The funny thing is that some other pic that i test out does not have this problem.
OT abit, can advise me where to meter so that the background will not be overexposed? And still able to see my son's face clearly? (i mean w/o flash)

The green part looks very much like flare or some ghosting effect due to the light coming in through the window behind your son. The profile looks exactly like the zone around where the curtain is bundled up on the right. I think flares are very angle specific, so if you had change your angle slightly it might have gone away.
Hmmm...that greenish patch looks like the colour of the low-pass filter in front of the sensor. Strong light from the window next to your son's left seem to be reflecting off the sensor through the LP filter, reflected off the internal lens elements and back into the sensor again.
Rotate the greenish patch area 180° around the centre and you get this...
