Hi guys!

Since you're totally inclined to Ricoh GR Digital II, I would just like to ask whether what would make you stick to it or recommend it to a friend even with the release of Sigma DP1. If you were given a choice, would you have bought Sigma DP1 instead?

Just need some inputs, because right now I'm thinking to buy any of these 2 camera.

seems that the sigma dp1 samples are pretty impressive. but handling wise..no doubt the GRD I or II will be way better. I wouldn't claim that i noe a lot abt dp1, but after trying it at the IT fair, i find it very confusing to operate the camera. tats my opinion

So on your case it was more on handling issues, I think I should take that into consideration, thanks. So may be after I'm settled with the features of both cameras may be the final thing to do is I must really try to use both camera before giving my final verdict hehehe

took GRDII for a test shoot at st andrew's cathedral. AUTO WB. in camera contrast +1, sharpness 0, saturation +2

GRDII with GT-1 teleconverter. JPEG with no pp.

in camera B/W , contrast +2, sharpness 0
