And if clubsnap management cannot do a mass emailer or create an announcement to increase awareness, what can i do except by pushing up that thread in the midst of so many forum section in this forum among the 492,913 threads and 4,822,735 posts.

I guess next time Clubsnap should have find some mods with a little more feelings other then a 'robot' who only knows how to merge posts and close threads unnecessarily. I don't see that mod quality in that of Ortega. 2 two cent piece from a long time member way before this mod exists on this site.

which part in that thread did i breech the rules? By suggesting a more efficient method which Ortega doesn't seems to agree with and he called it Off Topic, then closed the thread and congratulate me for that?

So if i switch roles with him now and do the same thing, means I am right, he is wrong?

here you called a mod of this forum names and made snide remarks about his actions.
that is not welcomed here.

mods exist to enforce rules and regulation by our own initiative and judgement. if you think you have been wronged, you can state your case in a calm and civil manner.
but to react in a rash manner when your suggestions for certain actions are rejected is not the thing to do.

mods exist to enforce rules and regulation by our own initiative and judgement. if you think you have been wronged, you can state your case in a calm and civil manner.

so as a mod, he can closed any thread he wants just cos he thinks he is right and he can justify it by congratulating me for pushing him to closed the thread just to make himself feel better, is there a need to?

Even if i am wrong in the first place, with proper judgement (which seriously Ortega lacks), he should instead remove my posts that he deems inappropriate instead of locking a thread and congratulate me for causing the thread to be closed. Isn't this something hes trying to proof? Everyone is trying to help on that thread isn't it? I am not profiting or gaining anything but just cos Ortega feels that i am trying to challenge him (which this is how i feel).

I seriously feel the thread shouldn't be closed because of a 'feud' between TS and Ortega.

Reading the posts, I can't help but feel that the moderator chose to close the thread because he was challenged. Ego shouldn't play a part in having the thread close, the bigger picture of helping the girl in concerned should be considered.
