If i'm not mistaken, i saw it on the shelves at Alan Photo, Funan yesterday. Their stock for the viewfinder also in priced at $290.

I bought one of the two 20mm that was on the stack today at Alan Photo. Price quoted was $545. The salesman didn't say much and was totally useless, but I'm not arguing about the price for sure.

How can the salesman be useless if he offers the lens to you at a price you are happy with? Don't you think you are asking for too much if you want both service and a competitive price?

Serious?I feel that salesmen should talk more with customers than can get more business in the future,but that doesn't happen to me since I'm usually "Hi,I want that,how much?" than go pay already :bsmilie:

my uncle bot a white gf1 from HK. but he finds it hard to maintain, now he prefers blackie.

Just back from Tokyo and most shops don't carry them. Have to place an order
Luckily found one shop (Yodobashi Camera) in Akihabara that does

the leather case does not cover the lens.

Crumpler bag is good too, it can accommodate dual lens.

Most will offer a starter kit I think, unless u'd alrdy have it then ask for more bargain.
I think should get a Hi-Speed HCSD card with 30MB/s better for burst JPEG shots, and also a CPL filter
