I went to the Chinatown branch, Pagoda street. very near the MRT padoga st exit.
They got another branch at Centerpoint (think its 3rd floor).

My price is not that special, though its lower than the RRP of 1499+200.
But i went there coz know them for a long time.
If i got problem with the camera, i know that they will not ignore me.

You can try and check it out. I physically saw a lot of stock.
If you do check it out, can you let me know how much they quote you.

Pana lens 45-200 is sorta an old lens,came out I believe with the G1,now already GF1,so no reason why not available

Or are there other lens I should look at? I have pondered the 7-14mm lens, but that's way too expensive for my budget for now.

It is a "must-have" ranked lens for m4/3 camera. Detailed reviews here.

U may search at flickr or google images to see the image result, with it's large aperture, not only easily took shots at night without tripod but also able to shoot shallow DoF images :thumbsup:

I'm almost certain I will buy the lens. Question is where, and how much effort I want to make just to buy it. I asked Alan Photo and Cathay.
