Stopped by the "roadshow" at Chevron House this evening after work.

1) 7-14mm is VERY nice. It's a lot SMALLER than I had expected. Very light (doesn't throw the camera out of balance), and smooth on the zoom.
2) They'll be there until Friday evening (20 Nov).
3) I think it was a Harvey Norman roadshow instead of actual reps from Panasonic SG (quite a few had Harvey Norman golf shirts).

last time i checked (around 2 weeks ago) there were no stocks from almost all stores. have the stores 'replenished' their stocks already?
is it readily available? (im not from singapore that's why im asking... im just having a friend get one for me)

Yes there was stock as of yesterday at Cathay Photo, but not sure whether things have changed, as the cam seems to be flying off the shelves as soon as they come.

Oh dear, go to buy and sell section. Offer to buy a red GF-1 at a higher price than the market. Definitely someone will sell.... that is provided you do not mind a second hand product.

Average price of 1350 for the black pancake kit. AP and SLRRev are cheaper but I don't like AP and SLRRev has a very long waiting list...
