Getting a dry cabinet, any advices??

That time mine got problem, they come over an one to one with me.

Erm .. uh.. nothing against the service guy there.. but no "one to one" with him .. no way.

so is it ok if i dismantle the humidifier unit from the digi cabi and bring down to them??
or better to go down with the whole unit??

it's ok. i have just called them and its ok to bring down just the humidifier unit down.
