Gorilla pod might work actually at viewing gallery, else I'll bring spare tripod. Do sign up if you decide to come:)

Gorilla pod should work anywhere, as long as it keeps your camera still, want to put your camera on a bench and use wallet to support the lens up also can hahaha

hmmmm how come this thread not found on 43 forum?

it is, isn't it?

Sticky thread.

i shall share some basic panasonic settings that i use on my G3 for Panasonic users
may be more or less similar to models of the same time

i shoot in raw mostly as sometimes unforeseen circumstances require alot of details back from the shadows (eg forget to bracket one frame, or shifted during the bracketing)

in REC of the camera menu:
i.resolution: extended
i.dynamic: high
NR: on
photo style: doesnt really matter in raw. if shooting in jpeg i suggest scenery mode.

if we need to do bulb mode, you will need a remote. most Panasonic models limit to a maximum of 2 mins and 8 seconds for their bulb mode, followed by another 2 min 8 sec for NR. if you turn off the NR here, the picture will be filled with hot pixels (at least for G3)

hope this helps with people using panasonic cameras!

Thanks for sharing shiosaki! This helps, oly cameras had been plagued by hot pixels if turn off NR, even with newest Sony sensors.

Does Panasonic cams have multiple exposures?

Sori bros for the bucket of cold water...any wet weather plan. Ya i know oly cam has no fear of water but some of us may not take it tat well :-D
