You're a good man, SurrealDreamWalker!
Maybe it's just me... The central brightness terrain of these seems just a little uneven.
For the money, the Tokina 11-16mm is a great lens.
I mount it on my 1DMkIV this evening and shot some great normal colour photos indoors.
I love it and for a cropped body - I will use this beautiful UWA any time for its f/2.8 and sharpness.

Thus I think SurrealDreamWalker you have made the correct decision as you are using it for both colour and IR photos.

Now for our good brother LowLights, who will be using it exclusively for his now newly-converted D90 IR camera.... I am eagerly awaiting his verdict... :)

Feel like getting this lens, I have yet to own a wide angle lens. Looks better with IR... Wait for more comments 1st hehe;p

No converted D90? Awwww.... sh****t! I was sooooo looking forward to a new D90 IR, man...! Hahaha..

Looks like you are out of luck then, my good friend.
For the White folks, we still have our EF-S 10-22 to fall back upon.
You Dark folks, well... I am not so sure.
But honestly, what UWA do you have in mind now?
