If you want to get even you can perhaps save your log and bring the log, accompanied by his contact (e-mail, contact number if you have) to the authorities, though I'm not sure if any action can be taken.
With that said, there are tons of perverts out there who want to get fresh with pretty, hot and young babes. The scum of the society, sadly, cannot be weeded out so easily. If the authorities can actually prosecute him, then I would suggest you go to them for help. Perhaps why there are still so many perverts out there is because girls who have encounters with them do not report the matters.

Dan, here are some actions you can do.
Go to Start > Run and then type cmd.
In the command prompt,type netstat -n or netstat -a and check out where it says foreign address on Port 80 or 163. Take down that IP and type arp -a. Look out for the Physical Address (i.e. the MAC Address) that matches the IP. If you submit this to the police, they might be able to get him.
N.B.: This method can only be used while u are having an active connection with that person - a file transfer, a voice conversation, or a camera conversation. Normal 'typing' chats (on Yahoo and MSN) go through their respective servers, so you may not see the real IP, except ICQ (which doesn't route through servers). Even that, it is also not 100% reliable. MAC address can be changed as well as the IP address.

Hi, thanks for sharing this, what if one is having more than one file transfer at a given time? what will one see then?
One file or more files does not matter. When a file is transferred, it connects pc to pc. You can see his IP liao. If you are sending multiple files to multiple users, then you will see all the IPs of everyone who are doing the transfers with you.
DCA bro, yep, it can be changed and it is not difficult. But I shouldn't reveal it here. In banks and industries, MAC address can be changed only by the network admin and requires tight documentation.

Gentlemen, the sad thing is, there is really nothing anyone can do officially. No crime has been committed, no damage has been done, nor any real harassment.
However, if anyone of us know who he really is, well, we prob can get even.
GOing to the police and report sexual harassment, well are you sure you have a case? Are you sure you want the TS to go throught all teh interview etc etc.
There are time, we have to take care of ourselves. I am not advocating a lynching nor a witch hunt, but it's something we should keep our eyes out, so that we can prevent CS being infested.
