This would have been a good one, and "Togetherness" is a great idea too

Used the E-P1 to shoot the Canon Photomarathon yesterday:

Motion:

Then decided to switch to the Canon to shoot the 3rd theme ENERGY. Happily return to Suntec to submit photo. Then realised that I've forgotten to shoot the file in JPG!!!!
Quickly shoot something on the spot in JPG for submission. But there goes my 3rd theme.... and perhaps my chance to go japan for holiday.... :(

how to change the WB, and apply ART filter to the RAW file? Look through the manual but there's no mention of this...
Page 89.

If you shoot in RAW you can choose to process the file in-camera afterward.

For example, if you shoot with WB and Picture mode set to Sunny and Natural respectively and you would like to change it to Cloudy and Vivid afterward you can change the setting in the Live Control or Super Control Panel display. Then go to the menu:

PLAYBACK > EDIT > SEL. IMAGE > OK > RAW DATA EDIT

...convert that RAW file to JPEG with the new settings.

Tada!

Adding 3 more photos that I found while doing housekeep on my HDD ...

ndroo, I will have to consolidate this "gallery thread" with the one from weekh since they are primarily showing images from the E-P1.

Nice, makes me hungry :-)

And this 20mm lens is definitely a keeper, I just tried it with E-P1, good contrast, sharpness, etc. Has sound when focusing, but it is really soft and gentle.

Some E-P1 + 20mm Lumix pics, all not sharpened

AF on the red button

Nice meeting you yesterday. Bet you are having fun with the lens.

this is impressive :)

Thank you

Ndroo, my pleasure meeting and talking with you, thanks to you too . And yes, superb lens. I wish it was 25mm for a more correct perspective in closer up portraits, but not a problem to work around with. Being such a small lens to handle, IS again helps in very low-light situations (even at f/1.7). Sharpness reminds me of the remarkable Olympus 50mm f/2 macro, a very high benchmark. One to keep, weighs nothing.

Seeing all these pictures are poisoning my mind to get the E-P1!:bsmilie: Can I check with you guys, read that the Panasonic 20mm f1.7 is better than the Oly 17mm f2.8 and the 20mm f1.7 also AF faster on the E-P1 compared to the 17mm f2.8 right?

Bro clubgrit mentioned that the 20mm f1.7 not available separately in Singapore yet. How much u all paid for it if buy or order from overseas?

I feel that the 17mm focuses faster on the E-P1 instead.

The E-P1 really is a fantastic camera. For b/w too. Here's a few recent ones.

Yeah bro, agreed with those pics, simply:thumbsup:colours+:thumbsup:clarity to Oly EP1's IQ.

But I'm really not very familiar with Oly/Pana lenses(4/3 especially...), hopefully those with better understandings of this lens-category can give some better info about it and TIA;)

Btw bro aaron80, you also seems very interested and tempted hor...heehee...!!
