Your IR pics dun seemed as noisy as you said. In fact, it seems great!

its actually quite noisy... if look closer at the sky... some more this pic abit small... when enlarge it quite obvious... i will be developing some of the IR shot next weekend... will let u guys know how is it

What ISO was that pic on? What mode you use?

shutter pirority mode... iso 50 or 100 which is the lowest... i usually won't push my iso... even at night shot i will keep it as low as possible

wide angle deal didn't work out well, the person didn't come to meet me at 8.30pm, instead he msg me at 8 plus pm tat he is busy and deal another day....
tele convertor, alan photo doesn't really seem interested in doing our business, he just say dun have and wouldn't bother to explain much and also unable to order for us he say. so far from what i see from flickr it seem that tcon17 should do the job well. Let me know again if u guys wanna confirm the order, then i will call cathay photo for more info or deal.

Hello~ Where can i get fz18 battery and filter? Any shop to reccommend?

u can trying calling ms colour, alan photo or cathay photo to check the availability of the item u want...
battery mainly got 2 type... 3rd party and original, as for their price, i'm not very sure, have lost trach of the price already
filter, depend on the type, uv, ND, cir pol etc... but should be around or below $20
Try TK photo for the TCon 17?
Anyway I agree with skyguy that the IR pics are super noisy. =X its very obvious despite the small pic. Kinda not sharp too, some lenses are bad at transmitting IR, coz the speed of IR is a significant bit different from visible light. so the focusing should be done differently, don't use AF.

This is the unbargained price. =), push for a $15 off. I'm pretty confident TK will sell at $135 like they have been.

Hi Vinze, what you want is called Burst Mode, at least that is what it is called on FZ28.

Burst mode option on the fz18 can be activated by the small circular button at the bottom. its the same button which is used to delete photos..the button has a picture of a dustbin slash 3 rectangles
