this is also y i recommand most to go for fz series rather than lz/tz/fx if they are serious in photography :devil:
my fx 01's lcd screen is dead.
was still prefectly working yesterday but when i turned it on it became like that. though the camera's function are still working fine, but i can't do a single thing because there's no view finder, and i can't do the settings.
its not even 2 weeks old and i'm going to the bird park tomorrow!! what luck.

ouch! looks like pana's QC isn't up to mark..tsk tsk. better to get it sent for repairs!

went to SLS yesterday in search of the pouch for the camera. had asked several shops but they do not sell the leather type of pouch for the fx series.
so in the end, i went to Sony and found a pouch for my camera. the width is a bit longer than the camera's width but it still fits the camera well.
i like the cushion inside, which is rather thick. hopefully it'd protect the LCD from crackings again. :sweat:
as can seen from the photo, there is space for a pen/little finger at the side, otherwise, the camera will fit in perfectly.
the pouch is made of genuine leather and costs $29.
