I didn't know you were shooting at ISO 800 until your post here. I was using ISO 200 and even the sky isn't quite clean.

dunno if u guys been to fuji svc but its a pathetic corner w 2 cust svc to serve u whose 1st move will b to test the cam in auto mode when u pass to them... any other terms u say like aperture or shutter is alien language to them.If this cam is still not ok next time, i switching over to canon SX1 IS.. been lookin fwd to this cam to launch :thumbsup:

Canon SX 1 IS yet to launch in Sin.. but i know this will be one of the models that will be taking over S5IS..read it on DPReview.. looks not too bad..the other one is SX10 IS..

Are you looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? Unless you are quite rich cos a Fuji S100FS + Canon 450D + Canon 1000D + Canon SX1 IS is not going to be cheap.

In fact, it's cheaper to hire a photog to shoot for you leh.

coz i cant set at 200 coz when i set too dark leh..... nvm tmr night i go back again... nb ... buay song ... lol

I sent in early OCT....coming 2 weeks... I wasnt v happy e last time I brought in, I told them pics taken w every aperture value turns out the same....and the customer svc just told me "This is nt a professional cam so its like tt." Den y on earth is the aperture piority knob for on S8000? told them solve all probs b4 returning this time. :sticktong

Hey I duno if I'm super late or something, but I think the aperture doesn't make a significant difference no matter what you set it as really. Unless you're within the marco range with your subject less than 10 cm away, you shouldn't notice much difference because your lens is actually like 5mm-80mm only? If we're talking about DOF, you won't notice much really. Moreover the apertures are already quite small.

Are u referring to the focal length? If so, it's 27mm-486mm.

Er.. I think I trust what I see more than the meter. Especially when I shoot manual.

r u guys gg for another outing soon? I just gt my cam back tdy n free till next thurs. Abit disappointed..after keepin my cam for 2 weeks, fuji svc only upgraded software :cry:... wont b gg there again next time even if cam spoil..just throw :devil:
