yes. its the same as zooming out, but its permanent. There should be no IQ lost.

i did a mixture of panning and 'freezing'(sorry i donno the term) damn those cars are fast man 10 shots only abt 5-6 pics were clear... but thanks! i really appreciate your words man! towards the end i tried the multi shot thing woa. that wan jialats... lol

right on dog... i went to 4" that means 4secs right? anyway was reading on shutter speed and aperture when i saw this pic taken at a highway.. i saw like wow! so tot of trying... some abit nice... some not so good... hmmm... wondering where the rest is... wad happened to wenesday?
