Just got my 40-49mm step up ring. Yes it works fine and the step up ring can screw in all the way. And my B+W 49mm filter sits perfectly on the step up ring. This also means the thread is for sure not 40.5mm but 40mm. So hopefully one day the 40mm filter will come up. Heard some vendors coming up with 40mm filter this month.

BTW, I got it from eBay and although its advertised for Canon RF, its works perfectly with Fujifilm X10.

Since its small, it comes to your postal mail box direct, no need to have someone receive the parcel. Came within 6 days. Pretty good.

Original order the B+W 40.5mm from him at S$50. But did not fit well.

But he did not have nano version in 49mm, so ordered another one from USA B&H Photo .. About S$60. The postage to pang my other much heavier shipments, so no much shipping. Currently using an older B+W 49mm, none nano, bought from Funan .. quite expensive about $70plus I think..

Dont get too excited. Arrival of parcels may take 1 month due to heavy loads during festive season

I got my X10 a couple of days ago, was so excited, and I must say I'm impressed by the quality.

Shot in available light (fire) @ iso1600, auto WB, pretty decent with low noise:

Good for street too:

The only drawback is the unusual filter size. I managed to find a 40.5mm UV filter from Nisi (Japan made) which is pretty decent.

Another issue is that the VF doesnt' quite work when shooting on the tele end for closer subjects - have to rely on the screen.

Still learning the features, but an impressive cam by any standard.

Nano MRC even easier to clean than plain MRC. Also the Nano series are slimmer at 3.4mm vs 5mm.

At first quite Kia su and set auto ISO to 800. Found it quite good but noticed for some lower light shots the shutter speed to low for clear shots ... Shifted to auto ISO 1600 and was better for low light. Now trying 3200. Conclusion: better to have a little more noise at higher iso but have clearer shots from higher shutter speed. A shaky blur picture with less noise is worse than a clear picture with a bit more noise

Have you tried the advanced anti-blur?

What do you mean you can't select that?
Just scroll down the menu till you reach that option and turn it on (right click).
