Mine does... Body and Lens having separate boxes..
My X-E1 and X-Pro1 both are similar with the body+accessories in 1 box and the lens in another box.
Think this is how Fuji packaged it, a little different from my previous camera Sony Nex 7 with kit lens which is all in the same box.

Box is required for repair and when selling. Commands a better price, especially for Leica lenses.
For the EP-7S, it is sold at $170, comes with either black or silver. As mentioned, it is not suitable for X-E1, as it is custom-fit for X-Pro1 due to the length and cut-out for the specific mode dial of X-Pro1. For X-Pro1 users, you can get them from a few common stores such as Artworkfoto, SLR Revo, Alan Photo or Chiifcameras. For X-E1 users, the creator (Tim Isaac) has replied that he is working on a new model for X-E1. Should be here before Christmas!

The Zeiss 12mm f/2.8 is on my radar too :bsmilie: Fuji does not have XF12 in their lens lineup... widest prime is XF14, widest zoom XF10-22.

Tim's soft release you can find alot of design at Chiif's store. I have a nice chrome one for my M9P. In fact the Gariz Gold button fits very nicely for Fuji X. You can find it at Artworkfoto - $70 each!
But for X-E1, I find a smaller one suit it better, especially that I am using casing to cover the whole body and with the bigger button, the soft case tend to press on the button and worried it will cause premature wear and tear to the button.

Chiif has Tim's button? Awesome, looking for the Red Dragon Beep & Boop ones... Ordered one more from Talek or something like tat... forgotten d name... dunno if it's too big for d X-E1 or not, will it obstruct the speed dial?

+ small size
+ built-in flash
+ decent EVF
+ USB remote
+ almost have the price of x-pro1
- lower resolution rear LCD
- no PC-sync port
- no optical viewfinder
For x-pro1 just change all the + to - and vice versa

The red dragon and the gold dragon ones are both available locally. If you can't find at Chiif, Artworkfoto across at Adelphi also carries them.
Very big, and too big for me even for my M9P, but this is personal preference as there are many users who love them!
Bring your camera to try them.... and also try out the Gariz Gold metal one... very well built and just a little expensive at $70 each. Artworkfoto has them. Best Soft Release button for X-E1!
