You need to test both before deciding. If I tell you my X-E1 with 35mm F1.4 is sharper than my M9P, would you still get? Haha.....

dont think i will go for X-E1 since the AF is about the same as Xpro1/Nex. cant do without AF. maybe i go OM-D instead :bsmilie: but i got too many manual lens. (CV 32 f1.2, G45 & G90)
Haha... at least now you know that this Fuji X-E1 is sharper and better... so maybe can stop you from being poisoned further into the Leica M?

So tell me bro... is the X-E1 with the 35mm ASPH lens is as good as the M9P wif the 50 Lux in terms of sharpness, IQ, Bokeh etc? Since effective with this setup, both having the same focal length...

Non AA Filter on the X-E1? Actually, using the cron 35 asph lens on my nex 7, it's really super sharp and IQ and resolution is really good, in DAYLIGHT tat is... Nite and indoor shooting sometimes is frustrating with noise appearing even at ISO 800 at times...

I am definitely keeping my cron 35 asph and maybe get the m to x mount hawk's helicoid adapter to use on the X-E1 if I do keep it... imagine d cron 35 asph on the X-E1. Does the X-E1 haf focus peaking with magnification like the NEX 7? Please advice. Thanks
Frankly, when you compare a sharper Fuji X 35mm F1.4 with AF, I doubt you will want to keep the 35cron. Don't think any lenses can get better than this, which is tuned for the Fuji X sensor.

There is no focus peaking on the X-E1 .. you do have the option to zoom in for critical focus. Just click and rotate the rear dial for 3X or 10X.
