Fuji X-E1 and new compact coming! Thread II


No problems this morning. Still full charged. I guess I must have accidentally left the switch on.

Yeah. U could haf. Haha
 

I find using the rear screen drains a lot of power. I get about 1.5 days of standby time with the screen on. I get about 3 days of standby time with the screen off.
 

I just came back from holidays. Brought my xe1 along. It was covered in snow and cold rain and used in near freezing temperature. Worked perfectly. The battery managed to last the whole day too. Very pleased! Happy xe1 owner:)

I tot manual lens will not register the focus distance as there are no electronic contact points?

Only native X mounts will show the focus distance in the evf right?

Yeah. Only X mount lenses will show d focus distance. Cheers.
 

I want focus peaking ... but I guess it will be just a dream ...
