How does pre flash TTL work? Is it supposed to fire a flash prior taking the shoot, to determind the exposure needed? Cos i dont see this happening....

You can't see it in normal low lighting cos the pulse is really small and quick... if you take a shot in almost pitch darkness, you might catch sight of it... I haven't seen it all these years even when facing the camera in a group shot!
Special 1st because no one has it.
But most important, it makes shooting very convenient, especially while changing to/from landscape to portrait. Old flash design have to turn not in instinctive way.
Canikon may have it later, but not sure if any patent control.

the quick shift bounce is the .... when u hold the flash up right -- " u can turn it from left 90degree to rigth 90 degree (like an ancient chinese fan) "... this mechanism, right?
U mean this mechanism is not available (yet) on other flash?
