Firmware Upgrade for C700UZ

i've just done the upgrading today too

For those ppl that has done the upgrading for c700uz, do i need to bring my warranty card?
I'm asking because i had sent the card but not get the reply. So now i only have my camera and the receipt (fr john316).
I'm kind of impatient to go and get it done now. :rbounce:

yes u have to bring it. you sent the card to olympus?
why not give them a call before u go down?

does it help to resolve chromatic aberration as well???

and any gallery on C700 nitepixs taken before or after the update, i can seem to find it

Hi, it doesn't resolve CA. Correct me if I'm wrong, but CA is a result of light dispersion of the len's glass. The recent "firmware upgrade" is actually just a hotpixel patch to reduce noise, dats all.

actually how often does it shown on pics.. it is onli presense in zoom modes??
