Fine-art border effect

Hi guys,
Not sure what is this called, but I have been search high and low to get the actions for the border. The effects can be duplicated but it sure takes a long time for the effects to be duplicated manually in PS. Any idea where can I get the PS action for this? Thanks

You can actually create your own custom frames if you want. Simply do up your own frames, with paint, or with pencil, anything really and scan it. Do all these preferably on a white piece of paper and then when you get your scanned image, push up your levels or alter the brightness and contrast so much that you can actually select the painted parts with a magic wand.

Open a new canvas, bring the image over. Bring your photo and put it as a layer over the scanned image. Press ctrl G to "place into" the layer beneath (which is the scanned image), and there you have your "fine art" frame/borders.
