Using my G3 for snap shots and to dabble on digital, anything serious will revert to film.

I used both Olympus E20 Digi SLR and Nikon F80 Film SLR with Kodak Slide Film on my sons bithday party last week. Also engaged a profesional photographer who shot with a Nikon F4 and negative film. Generally satisfied with E20 images printed in 4R by Photo Friend (Kodak) in Penisula. Just waiting for the slides and negative photos to arrive to compare. - will compare a do a posting later

With the mad rush of almost everyone going into Digital photography
(esp 300D n D70!!)...wonder recently is there still anyone getting film SLR like me who juz upgrade to a F80? :dunno:

in April I picked up an F100 and FM3a after selling my D100 and to also replace my dead F80s

I am now looking at getting a Medium Format outfit.

sold my F90x and sb-80Dx, filters and some stuff to raise funds for D70. Finally saved enough to buy a D70 kit, sb-800 and lexar cf card.
Guess what? thought for the longest time and bought a film camera to add to my collection of nikon F3 hp and FA

me! i got a second hand f80 3 days ago and it looks just like a new camera.
my first slr camera. i started with coolpix 4300 and now, it's time to move on
i still don't believe in equipment, it doesn't ensure good pictures if you have the best equipment in the world. it's the eye that counts. upgraded due to some limitations in the consumer digicam. i have learnt lots from it...

ahhh... holga 120s, a Diana deluxe and a kodak brownie 126. got my eye out for an agfa clack.

the diana is in pieces at the moment basically ripped it apart with my bare hands, no tools required (seriously), but i wouldn't trade it for a digital camera.

I've started out with a Canon 500N 6years back, and recently added a Mamiya 7ii MF cam to the stable. I'm now looking for a small compact digital P&S cam to complete my "arsenal".

Not going to DSLR as yet, unless something really compelling happens - like if Kodak and Ilford stop producing film.
