John 3:16 and Cathay Photo at Marina Square.

I dislike Cathay Photo at Peninsula Plaza. Rude sales staff that seem to only want to make the quick sale. Very unlike the staff at Marina Square who are very attentive, helpful and friendly.

Same here, only CP Marina.

Besides, MS Color is good, and AP offer some good prices too (dun expect good svs from them though since i borned a chinese, not ang mo).

I dont trust MS Color. :thumbsd:
I only trust Cathay Photo, Alan Photo & John 3:16.

For my stuff AP and MsColor

MS Color, CP(penisular), TK Photo, The Camera Workshop & John 3:16 for me...

Camera Exchange for me!!!

Only John 3:16. The best service I've ever experienced :) .

MS Color sold me a digicam with a price higher than the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) as shown in Courts.
On the other hand, Cathay Photo, Alan Photo & John 3:16 will sell me at a price equal or lower than the RRP, whether I am new customer or not.

MS COLOR gets my vote.

Been getting items from them for almost 10 years now, always provide very good pricing and service!

MS Color gets my vote too.......

remembered that once they ordered the wrong bag for me, they got it changed to the right one and have one of their staffs (who stayed near to me) to send it to my house....coolz sia...

Likely to be an isolated once-off human error. Never encountered this problem before. The bosses would gladly refund the purchase too if a staff made such a mistake.

my vote goes to CP at penisular plaza. Got very good service from the more experienced staff, got quite a bargain the first time i bought a camera which involve getting a tripod free..guess i was just lucky. :bsmilie:

I agree with mpenza fully. The only problem with MS is that they usually do not have ready stock for big ticket items for you to try before you buy. You have to place an order without seeing the product. CP is best for variety of stock.

 for MS COLOR! Good service, great price! You don't even have to bargain!
CP is great too but their pricing is usually higher.

:thumbsd: TCW. I once sent in a camera to replace the light seal and they took two weeks to do it! They didn't even bother to call me when they said they will. After calling them up a couple of times, the technician even told me he's busy with other stuff! Worse still, he had to ask me how much they quoted me earlier. Don't they know???

Old friend of the family... John3:16

Good place to just boh liao when free haha...

I think it isn't just the shop, but the staff who attended to you. Since picking up photography a few months ago, I have made several purchases from various shops. I find the following people to be very good:

MS Color - Florence and Jackson
John 3:16 - Samuel
Cathay - Steven
