Actually never bring my tripod, but put the camera sit on the railing, but still need to use my hand to support. Anyway the shutter speed only 1 second

it's not dull, but natural. that's the selling point of fuji, very clean natural color tones..

i beg to differ, the reason i said the color is dull becos the real subjects have got more
vivid colors than the pics. One good example encountered will be the Disney parade
subjects. If the dull color or rather "natural color tone" is Fuji's selling point then
I'm really really disappointed :cry:

But then again, colors can be very subjective to one's eye. I guess I'm one of those
who is simply crazy over brilliant vivid colors.

New Fuji cams has vivid setting called Chrome to mimic Velvia slides contrast and saturation. You'll probably find it much stronger than most other brands' vivid.

accidentally shot it in chrome, the picture's colours are a tad too vivid.
don't quite like the watercolour effects on high ISOs but the the lower pictures taken in lower ISOs are amazing!
