Are you sure? U don't need any filter to get that effect on f10, f11 or f30.

His original post said star filter... Anyway, if you set your aperture to the smallest, also can get this effect if you expose long enough. The star filter merely enhances the star effect.

As I said one DO NOT need any filter to get this effect on the F10, F11 nor the F30.

Just set mode dial to N/SP and select MACRO, fully auto.

You got quite close to the butterfly. Well done! Small animals/insects are easily spooked. Good picture.

Difficult to do Pano as exposure cannot be manually set.
