It's my first F1. This is the first time they do testing here and free entrance too. Race days too crowded and limited access to vantage points. I've been doing a lot of other races; MotoGP, A1, Japan GT and Msian races. So I'm not new to this, I had been into photography from school days more than 30 years ago. It's not my job, but I'm having more fun at this.
At 560mm FL, it's easier to use Manual Focus. Prefocus to one point, than track and pan the car as it approaches and when it reaches that prefocussed point; snap! AF a F1 car with telephoto lens of this FL is impossible, unless maybe with a EOS1D. Yes you can many chances cause they go round and round.
