it's all azone's fault ;p yup, got it.... doubt I would be going for any DSLR soon though. no $$$ for such a big item.

what does it do to the flash? i know only what i can read in DP, but that does not mean much without experimenting, so do you guys use it much, and how do you find the quality of your images?

I just got it 2 days ago, for $180. including the 4% GST. I think it is an OK deal, not very fantastic, but i believe it should be the cheapest at SLS.

Then again, did not really do much sourcing, went to AP straight. Phone quote from MS color was $210 (QP initially quoted $210 as well)

Just go down there and tell them your frien got it for $180 plus GST.

One thing I don't like about the Metz.. i can't use the same settings as my cam. I always have to compensate.. does anyone have this problem how to properly use this device?

Had the same problem with the SB80DX as well ;p Seems alright with the SB24. I might be the camera's that's not really what it meant.

@170 from Fotoguide w/o bargaining cause need not. I find they will automatically quote the best price.
