Hahaha, I went back to edit cos i thought it might have been too gruesome.
It's quite complicated and involves slicing and re-attaching tissue to both create and re-route channels, but that means a permanent state of incontinence and living with no sphincter muscle, which I'm sure you know the implications attached to which.
BTW, I was only a lowly nurse hor.
nurses are just as important as doctors.. the whole medical system is not run on doctors alone.
