Hahaha, I went back to edit cos i thought it might have been too gruesome.
It's quite complicated and involves slicing and re-attaching tissue to both create and re-route channels, but that means a permanent state of incontinence and living with no sphincter muscle, of which I'm sure you know the implications.
BTW, I was only a lowly nurse hor lest people get the wrong impression that I'm portraying myself to be something I wasn;t. ;-)
