can anyone tell me the problems with VR lenses. just wanna take note
I donch kno abt ALL VR lenses, but for these:
1) 105mm macro - VR doesn't work when you focus closer than a certain distance. It's stated in small print in the materials.
2) 70-200 f/2.8 - VR and AF prone to failure.
Please NOTE, this was what I was told when I spoke to people about changing to a Nikon system.

VR will spoil over some time, althought it can be replace in NSC but it will be expensive.
