lost my cellphone last night when was out late with goddess... must have fallen out of bag and between drain gratings.... didn't notice it was gone until was on the highway.... plus i think i fractured a bone or something.... i kicked out hard at a lamppost in anger when i reached my voiddeck... never lost my gadgets before.... will it be ex to get an x-ray and maybe dunno whachamacallit to set the bone in cast?

ouch... i dunno how much it'll cost, but get it looked at yeah? take care... get it looked at quick, and don't walk arnd on it. you'll damage the tissue more if its a fracture.
i'm totally wasted now, been up since 4am, escorting the students from Lesotho arnd. I almost got run over by a crazy taxi driver (he did it knowing full well i hadn't gotten clear of the vehicle, and hence, i'm going to make him get into deep ****.) and a ton of other things have gone wrong. AND MY DAY IS ONLY HALF OVER. ^&%$* i still need to take pictures for the delegation at the cultural fair and opening ceremony at suntec later. and i'm gonna be confronting some old demons

Dahls, sorry to hear about that.
Isolate the region/area of where you think you fractured the bone by wrapping it with crepe bandage. Of course, cleans the area and dry first. If need be, aka, along a longer section of bone, SPLINT it using tongue depressors or at worst, ice-cream sticks that sumwan can get for you from a larger stationery shop.
I'm assuming you know tha basics of bandaging.
IF you're not sure how to apply a bandage to isolate, and the pain is not unbearable, and it's not a compound fracture where the ends of the bone(s) has pierced through the skin (and sticks out of yr flesh), then simple don't do anything till you can get to a doctor. Trying to isolate when you're not sure how to may complicate the injury.
Tomorrow go polyclinic with X-Ray facilities. Should cost less than $20 or so for an x-ray. In total, even if you need casting, it would be very affordable at a polyclinic.
Meanwhile, STAY OFF THAT FOOT COMPLETELY - 1000%, NO WALKING ON IT NO NUTHING till you receive medical attention!!!!! Keep yr foot elevated as that helps reduce possible swelling and pain.
If you develop a high fever tonight (above 39 deg), don't wait and go A&E.

daddy i can't call ya because i lost my cellphone that night... hence the suspected fracture as i lost my temper and vented on the lamppost.... sorry but i was walking about the whole day.... it was my cousins' wedding and i was helping out with taking pictures for the aunties...was shifting my weight alot to a different part of my foot... twas the 4th and last toe area that really hurts... >.> can't like stretch it or wiggle...nope no high fever... no worries...

Okay... but try not to put weight on that toe. I would still get it checked if the pain is acute (without pain-killers) and besides, an x-ray at a polyclinic really is affordable.

Oh dear.... hope everything is fine, do get some cold treatment to prevent swelling and go for X-ray tmr morning.
