I got flickr... but find it v troublesome to post photos... my internet also quite slow...

What's your workflow?

Do you edit the pictures or are you uploading the full size?

I normally edit them and only upload the web size of 800 x 600 to Flickr and as such I can have quick uploading times. Hotlinking also becomes easier and faster too,
