Practice on your own how to address to a group of peeps. Over time, it will come so natural, you wont even need the point sheets anymore.

Easier said than done, but you are not alone. Even caucasians and movie stars (whose native language is English) can become nervous before an audience. (eg grammy awards)

When i was young, i could not read out a paragraph properly. I put in intense efforts to learn English 3hrs a day on my own for 5 yrs. In the end, i could read like a newsreader and when it came to presentation, i could easily overcome fear as talking became a natural part of me.
