No it was not Linhoff..it was another brand. They made a large format to be as portable and very sylish looking like an SLR type but bigger. It was very cool looking and no digital back...I saw that website like 5yrs back or more. Lost the link in my very old PC long time back so can't find it. It is a pretty well known brand among those who are into photographic equipment and medium to large format. Talking about Sinar...almost bought one 10 yrs ago second hand from a local professional photographer I use to hire for my commercial shoot. Was thinking to try that out...but when you think of the film cost and to use something like that, you should basically have your own lab..it was just abit too much of a sacrifice heh But I have to say once you have send what a large format is capable of producing in terms of clarity and details ( san your ability to shoot well that is heheh) it is awesome. You saw the Sinar Website har? heheh digital back has invaded almost all the medium format brands now...either you buy a LEAF to fit to yours or the medium format makers themselves will have their own. Sigh.... well will revisit those dreams I have if I hit the TOTO CNY draw heheh...

So you reported to police?
Didn't report, but there were alot of police about 20m further down in the direction I was walking to, but they were very busy.
About 7 police, a few of them holding 2 people down on the floor... haha
Just lots of crazy people out there wanting to cause trouble.
Australians are beautiful people, there's just a few idiots out there. And too bad they all look the same

I'll bet. Sad but well that's the way it goes and when an economy tank it just escalate to the point where even good folk can turn ugly in more ways then one. And with Asian working usually alot harder then they do and willing to do job they would not do...well...as lope side as that logic is..they still would pin anything they suffer on others...eg "spoil market" as it were. My Aunt who lives in Brisbane and works in the Library there...had seen all these and it never really go away even after 35+ yrs there..

Thats really bad. And they get off the hook easily for such a small incident as the aussie prison is probably overcrowded.
I had never been assaulted overseas as i probably was lucky not to meet such street bumps. I was usually with a group of guys and most of us were trained to defend ourselves.
Try forget incident and seek help from an ENT (Ear Nose Throat specialist) at the hospital.
